The service

AEYVLA helps you plan, create, schedule and publish social media content, and follow how it performs. We keep improving it, so features may change. If we remove something important you pay for, we tell you in advance.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us at [privacy@ayvla.com] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create in AEYVLA. You give us permission to store, process and adapt it (for example resizing images or writing variations) and to publish it to the channels you choose, only so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.

AI-generated content

AEYVLA uses AI to suggest captions, images and ideas. Suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable, so check them before publishing. You decide what goes out and are responsible for what you publish.

Connected platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or YouTube, your use of those platforms is also covered by their own terms. Platforms can change or limit their services at any time, and a post can fail to publish, for example when a connection expires. We tell you when that happens, but we can't guarantee every post goes out on time.

Acceptable use

Don't use AEYVLA to:

• publish anything illegal, misleading, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam or break the rules of the platforms you publish to;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or scrape it automatically.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans

Prices are shown before you buy. Plans are billed in advance and renew until you cancel. [Cancellation and refund terms.]

Ending your account

You can stop using AEYVLA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can. What happens to your data is described in our privacy policy.

Liability

AEYVLA is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will always be available or error free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply.
